This is the story of 3 budding young entrepreneurs.

It all started when Brendan (our star chef) invited us over for a Christmas Dinner on the 25th of December a year ago.

 

The experience of that very dinner still lingers so vividly in my mind till today.

I remembered sinking my teeth into the fish finger with mango sauce – it immediately seemed to fill a void deep within me. An empty plot of space in my heart was gradually filling up with his home-made goodness.

 

I am sure you would agree that life is short –

it is these simple pleasures like having real good food that keeps us sane in the merit driven society that we reside in.

 

As I am still pursuing my Bachelor in Business Administration, I knew I could not accomplish this feat of sharing the joy of food alone. Thus, I pitched this idea to Suriyaa (our creative designer) – he was immediately hatched on it.

 

With our combined efforts in Business Administration, Artistic Designs and Culinary skills, Jenkins Scullery is born.
